Preseason 50: Teams 16-30

Hart of Newhall from the new CIFSS West Valley Division tops this group of teams. It’s also a group that includes several squads who should be guaranteed to be stronger this season, such as Valley Christian of San Jose, JSerra of San Juan Capistrano and Chaparral of Temecula.
