NorCal CIF Boys Divisional Finals

State Coach of the Year: Chuck Rapp
Serra of San Mateo coach’s team won CIF Central Coast Section Open Division title and knocked off favored Moreau Catholic in NorCal Open Division. Rapp has been one of the most highly respected boys hoops coaches in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years.
