More NorCal teams are scheduled to tip-off in boys basketball this week, while teams in SoCal eye key wins with playoff seedings and placements in mind. As of now, most NorCal sections in the CIF are not holding postseason playoffs so league titles and key regular season games will be the focus for those teams....
