Our official Cal-Hi Sports speed coach, Chris Asher, has continued to develop as a coach and trainer with clients ranging from a 9-year-old Paralympian to an NFL All-Pro. He’ll also be helping us to provide a speed blog twice per month for the upcoming school year.

Another week of massive change with Alemany and Corona Centennial leaping into the top 10. Newcomers to Top 25 are Vista Murrieta, Oceanside, Westlake, La Habra and Marin Catholic.

The SoCal Player of the Week is Mission Prep’s Patrick Laird with a huge outing in team’s big win over St. Margaret’s. The NorCal winner is Edgar Segura of Mendota.
