This is the second preseason all-section or all-area football team we have compiled and the first from a significant portion of the CIF Southern Section. Along with Orange County, the Inland Empire has some of the best players in the state period.

State-ranked boys basketball clubs Serra of Gardena, Corona Centennial and Etiwanda record impressive wins at event. Week 15 Top 25 Scoreboard
One of the state’s top-ranked teams all season, Serra of Gardena, gets stunned 38-35 by Chaminade of West Hills on a last-second field goal. Other big winners include Corona Centennial, Serra of San Mateo and Elk Grove.
