As the regional playoffs head to the semifinals, there is hardly any change for the first 10 teams in the State Top 20s, but after that there are plenty. Boys newcomers are Torrey Pines, San Mateo Serra and Sacramento while for the girls it’s Clovis West, Ventura and Dublin.
