Early Bird Deadline For Speed Camp
The first Cal-Hi Sports/Gold Medal Excellence Speed Camp coming up on Jan. 31 at Palisades High School in Pacific Palisades will accept campers all the way through walk-ups on the day of the event.
More State Football Coaches of Year
Here are the choices from among those schools considered medium-size and small. It’s the second straight year our medium schools honoree guided a 16-0 squad. Our top small schools coach, meanwhile, is busy this week in Florida helping coach at the Under Armour All-American Game.

This feature has switched to boys and girls basketball and like we did in football we are going to do our best to spread around the honors as much as possible with one boy and one girl chosen from each region. This week’s best are from Galt, Visalia, Anaheim and San Bernardino.
State Stat Stars of the Week
Presented by ATHLETETRAX, we are switching more to boys and girls basketball this week and eventually will be posting separate boys and girls honor rolls.
