How is Michael Lazarus on the Medium school All-State team? Berkeley HS has more than 3,200 students…….
It’s because of the league Berkeley is in, not enrollment. There are some other schools in SoCal with more than 3,000 that are “medium” as well. Probably should have explained that. We’ve been doing these so long we forget not everyone knows it’s not enrollment.
How is Matthew Palmer, Heritage HS, Menifee not on any of your lists?
He was First Team All-League, First Team All-CIF, First Team All-Area, First Team All-Valley, CIF Champion, 2nd most INTs in the state with 10, top 5 nationally, and not on any of your all-state lists..
Ridiculous..!
First, Heritage is not considered medium or small school. Will be large and overall.
Second, we have at least one player (Takitaki) and probably two from Heritage who are higher on our board than Matthew Palmer.
And third, don’t go by MaxPreps’ stats to claim top five in the nation. They are less than 50 percent participation in many states.
So tell me what your criteria are?? What DBs in the state had more INTs than he did?
Numbers speak for themselves.
And you should have Takitaki and Hifo on your lists.. They are studs.. But we are talking about DBs in this conversation..
Again, you are looking at the wrong lists. Heritage is not in the medium category. We have them large. More honors still to come.
Is there a second team for OL and if so is Enrique Huerta La Serna on that list
Yes, there is a second team and yes Enrique has received an all-state honor.
