The Southern California Basketball Coaches Association (SCIBCA), with the support of both the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) is hosting Boys California Live ’25. The third annual event takes place June 27-29, 2025 during one of the NCAA’s two June Scholastic Live Periods.
Boys California Live ‘25 will be held in Ladera Ranch in South Orange County (and nearby high schools) at the 8-court Ladera Sports Center (OGP Ladera). The event will be managed by SCIBCA, just as the Girls California Live ’24 event was at the same facility and the inaugural boys event was in 2023. Boys California Live ‘25 will provide a platform for high school student-athletes to demonstrate their talent in front of NCAA Men’s basketball coaches in a scholastic setting playing with their high school teams.
“SCIBCA is proud to once again be hosting Boys Cali Live ’25 in Ladera Ranch from June 27-29,” said SCIBCA President Chris Nordstrom. “We are looking forward to providing the best high school programs in the West a chance to compete in front of NCAA college coaches.”
The event is limited to high school teams from California that are full CIF members, plus select programs from contiguous states, and is intended to showcase teams with a legitimate Division I college prospect. There is an application process for CIF teams and select teams from other states to be selected for this prestigious event.
Boys high school coaches at CIF member programs can access the application by CLICKING HERE or via the tab on the SCIBCA website:
