The career state scoring record is beginning to come into focus for Santa Maria St. Joseph standout Tounde Yessofou, who already has 29 and 30 points in two games this week. He’s close to moving up to eighth on the all-time state list and recently became the 11th in state history to reach 3,000. Tyran Stokes of Sherman Oaks Notre Dame and Malachi Ficher of Tulare West also included this week. For girls, Torrence Harter of Sutter has quadruple-doubles and was close to a quintruple-double. Ebbony Wilson of Inglewood St. Mary’s and Nyleigh Gregory of Fresno Roosevelt also included.
