The highest rising newcomer compared to the previous rankings is unbeaten Simi Valley, especially after its win two weeks ago vs St. Bonaventure. Also new is Downey, Long Beach Millikan, San Jacinto and Yorba Linda. Up five spots from last time is Rocklin and St. Mary’s of Stockton. San Juan Hills is up six.
