This feature serves as our statewide collection of milestone achievements in California high school sports. We have included a big one from this week, the 500th win by Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks baseball coach Tom Dill. Also from baseball, Jose Mariano of Valencia goes on home run tear while Freddy Rodriguez from River City of West Sacramento throws a perfect game after having a no-hitter in his previous start. In softball, Jaeya Butler from Aquinas of San Bernardino already has enough homers this season for the all-time state list while we have details from a 42-30 game in which one team scored 15 times in the top of the seventh inning.
Note: This is a post only for our Gold Club members on CalHiSports.com.
