This post includes teams ending in the No. 21 thru No. 40 positions. The first five were all in the next-to-last State TOP 25. The next 15 in order as usual were very difficult to rank, but we felt strong about Cardinal Newman of Santa Rosa, Viewpoint of Calabasas, Camarillo and St. Joseph of Santa Maria.
