Teams getting more than decent bumps this week are new No. 35 Clayton Valley of Concord, new No. 40 Palos Verdes of PV Estates and new No. 45 McClymonds of Oakland. There are four newcomers, meanwhile, and yes it does matter which team any of the newcomers is playing next. Congrats to Carlsbad, Marin Catholic of Kentfield, Culver City and Edison of Huntington Beach.
