After previous No. 1 Harvard-Westlake gets stunned in first CIF Southern Section Division I playoff game, new No. 1 comes down to Eastlake of Chula Vista and Valley Christian of San Jose. If both teams win out, that will continue to be a tough call but for this week it’s Eastlake. New State Top 20 teams this week are South Hills of West Covina, Etiwanda and San Marcos. All section playoff scenarios also are broken down in this week’s rankings.
