The only new No. 1 team in this week’s divisional state baseball rankings is CIF Southern Section Division 4 top seed South of Torrance, which is now No. 1 for the state in D3. Still No. 1 would be Harvard-Westlake (D1), Beckman of Irvine (D2), Winters (D4) and St. Vincent de Paul (D5). Those making strong upward moves include Crescenta Valley (D2), Casa Grande of Petaluma (D2) and Soledad (D4).
