Wow, what a great group of QBs there are this year in the CIF Central Section and that’s even with the highest-ranked recruit of them all reported to be out for the year with an injury. The other main takeaway after looking through all the players is how good will Tulare be this season? The Tribe have top returnees at every position and look like a team to watch for a mid-division CIF state title run since they are D2 in the section.
Note: These preseason all-section teams will be done in the same 30-player format as the annual Cal-Hi Sports All-State Football Teams. They are based on a combination of what the players did last season and college recruiting. Not every all-section team will have writeups of every player. Some will have an intro, then lists.

WR Jalen Cropper (Sanger) 6-0, 160, Jr.
A top returnee off of last year’s Sanger team that went 14-0, won the D2 section title and then lost in a shootout to San Mateo Serra in the CIF D2-A NorCal bowl game, Cropper is one of the top junior wideout prospects in the state. He already has one reported offer from Oregon State and more are sure to follow.
