Are there such things as meaningless losses? When it’s the last week of a team’s regular season and everything appears locked up (such as top seeds for the playoffs), yes that’s pretty much true. That’s mainly why Huntington Beach stays No. 1 this week despite a loss to Newport Harbor. Still, there are changes in this week’s rankings, including the addition of five newcomers that include unbeaten Miramonte of Orinda.
