Girls BB: Divisional All-State

As with the boys, we have returned to the format of releasing these teams by CIF divisions instead of large, medium and small. To account for differences in competitive equity, however, the combined Open Division & Division I all-state squads are doubled in size. CIF Open Division champion Clovis West is the only team with four players chosen. Runner-up Archbishop Mitty has three as does Rosary of Fullerton in Division III. There are 115 players in all with honors.

Note: We’ll have an inside look at this year’s girls basketball all-state team posted after all of the teams are chosen, including names of other players who just missed. That post plus additional archives and state record lists are for Gold Members only. To join our team today, CLICK HERE.

Power forward Cameran Bahnsen of Camarillo often stood tall in games for her team. The Division III all-state player won the John R. Wooden Award for her CIF Southern Section division and also has a 4.4 GPA. Photo: Tony Thai/achsstinger.com.

(Based on CIF state divisions; not section divisions)
(Players on teams that were not in the NorCal or SoCal regional playoffs were chosen in divisions their teams would have been in had they advanced that far)
(There is only a second team chosen for Open/D1 to account for the differences in competitive equity)
