One mighty swing of the bat by Ventura Buena’s Jenessa Ullegue causes a lot of changes in this week’s rankings since her swing gave the Bulldogs a 1-0 win over Rio Mesa in the title game of the Thousand Oaks tourney. Rio Mesa was No. 5 in last week’s pecking order coming into that game. New teams going into this week’s rankings include Benicia, Mater Dei of Santa Ana and Foothill of Pleasanton.
