Three of this week’s four newcomer slots have gone to teams from Ventura County, which already had unbeaten Rio Mesa sitting in the top five. Elk Grove also makes a major move after winning the top divisional title at the NorCal Classic. Norco, Los Alamitos and Gahr, meanwhile, continue to hold the top three positions.
