There’s two newcomers to the rankings and some movement this week, as we start eyeing potential post-season scenarios, especially in the rugged CIF Southern Section Open Division playoffs. The No. 1 team in the Central Section moves in but its coach is no stranger to winning or our state rankings, while the other new team is from one of NorCal’s toughest leagues. Meanwhile, all eyes will be on the Nike Extravaganza this upcoming weekend as Chino Hills looks to pass a major hurdle in its quest for the state record for consecutive wins.
