Putting all of the CIF state champions in the No. 1 position is the easy part (but even that is arguable in one instance). For our final divisional state rankings, we also expand by at least five teams in all divisions. Among those moving up are Alemany of Mission Hills (D1), Archbishop Mitty (D2), Weston Ranch (D3), El Camino of Oceanside (D4) and Stuart Hall of San Francisco (D5).
