Announcement of 37th annual Cal-Hi Sports All-State Football Teams continues. These are for the best of the best among sophomores only. It’s a tricky group to pick with several top nationally ranked quarterbacks who all play close to each other. Four schools lead the way with one on the first team and one on the second team – Calabasas, Mater Dei, Mission Viejo and St. Augustine.
