It’s easy cheesy to bring back in Orange Lutheran as a newcomer this week and the Lancers also go back in at No. 21. This week’s other new slot went to Foothill of Pleasanton basically because the Falcons are higher in local rankings than league rival Monte Vista. Nearly 30 more teams are ranked on the bubble.
