Last week on the FOX 40 Final Quarter high school football show, hosts Jim Crandell and Kristina Werner revealed a list of the top five offensive linemen this season in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section, according to CalHiSports.com.
Here is what that countdown revealed:
1. Jonah Williams (Folsom) 6-5, 280, Sr.
Committed to Alabama and one of the best we’ve seen in a long time. Just as good and maybe better than recent first round NFL draft pick Matt Kalil.
2. Soape Tupou (Grant, Sacramento) 6-4, 325, Sr.
All-State Underclass from last year and many offers, including UCLA.
3. Jacob Capra (Placer, Auburn) 6-5, 275, Sr.
Committed to Oregon and an all-state candidate.
4. Mike McCauley (Vacaville) 6-1, 295, Sr.
Also one of the best in the state as a heavyweight wrestler.
5. Popo Aumave (St. Mary’s, Stockton) 6-4, 285, Jr.
One of the best junior offensive linemen in the state.
