Since we have picked a preseason winner for each CIF section playoff in the state, we’ll also take it one step further by going ahead and doing a preseason selection of how those teams might match up in this first year of the “everybody gets a bowl game” format.

Note: This year’s weekly divisional state rankings will be done in our traditional five divisions broken according to CIF section playoff divisions or enrollment or league strength depending on what makes the most sense within each section.
