For the second consecutive week, there is plenty of change in the bottom half of the latest State Top 30 boys basketball rankings, and once again it’s the results of the CIFSS D1 playoffs that have teams shuffling around. There is also a new state No. 1 after Harvard-Westlake goes down for the first time all season to a CIF opponent. It’s not hard to decipher who is the new No. 1, but does Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks deserve to hop Central Section power St. Joseph of Santa Maria?
