For the better part of next week there will be limited action in the CIF Southern Section with no games for the Open Division until Saturday and Thursday for the lower divisions. That’s not the case in other CIF sections. The Central Coast Section doesn’t even have its seeding meeting until next Monday. At some point, everyone will catch up as we drive towards the CIF state championships on March 14-15 in Sacramento. The first six seeds in the CIFSS Open Division match theese rankings. After that, the system the CIFSS uses differs from the way we see things.
