All three of this week’s newcomers had to go in according to our system for beating higher ranked teams and two of those teams are still inside the top 50. That means it’s Mira Costa of Manhattan Beach, St. Ignatius of San Francisco and Buchanan of Clovis who get the nod. Those already ranked getting the biggest bumps include Oak Hills of Hesperia, Chaparral of Temecula and Clovis.
