Mater Dei & St. John Bosco end as the top two for the seventh time in the last eight seasons. Serra (SM) still ends in the top five. Orange Lutheran has to come back up in front of De La Salle. Folsom drops three spots despite D1-A state title win. More CIFSS teams also go up at the end, including Servite, LB Poly and Oaks Christian. All teams also presented with a look toward the 2024 preseason rankings.
