NEW Baseball State TOP 35 Rankings

Players from Huntington Beach collected a lot of hardware after winning the National High School Invitational tourney title last Friday in North Carolina. It’s the eighth time in the 10 years of the NHSI that a team from Orange County won that elite tourney title (2nd for the Oilers). Photo: USABaseball.com.

This week’s new order was rushed up to a Sunday night release due to the many teams starting in key spring break tournaments on Monday. There’s a new No. 1 as Valley Christian of San Jose has avenged its only loss, but Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks is still No. 2 despite dropping one of three games in a series vs Crespi of Encino. Biggest mover is NHSI champion Huntington Beach. Newcomers include Pacifica of Garden Grove, Eastlake of Chula Vista and Serra of San Mateo.
