Shocker scores in the CIF Central Section causes a lot of changes. Liberty of Bakersfield gets our nod for highest ranking while newcomer Central of Fresno comes in at No. 38 right behind a San Joaquin Memorial squad that it has lost to. Other newcomers are Central Catholic of Modesto, Bishop Diego of Santa Barbara and La Serna of Whittier. We also have big rises for Oak Hills of Hesperia, Del Oro of Loomis and St. Bonaventure of Ventura.
