This feature serves as our statewide collection of milestone achievements in California high school sports. We begin with the first girl who has scored two times in a game in state history, who is Bella Rasmussen of Laguna Beach. We also have the latest coach to win his 200th varsity game. Plus, there is a player with 410 rushing yards that wasn’t enough in a loss by his team, a player who now has a 300-yard receiving game and a 200-yard rushing game this season and finally a salute to the late Dick Ellsworth (Fresno High pitching legend).
