The Final Expanded rankings have a big change at the top of the heap but the next eight spots remain intact from the next-to-last rankings we did. From there, no one holds onto their same spot from the last rankings all the way to No. 20 with Salesian making the biggest move up after winning the CIF Division I state championship. This post includes teams ending in the No. 1 thru No. 20 positions.
