The pecking order for this week’s next to last rankings was set with the Monday morning release of the Girls BB: State Rankings By Division so these rankings will mirror them. Now we explain it. There were some changes in the top 14 spots which belong to Open teams and there was some movement after that in the remaining spots occupied by D1 schools, and while there still can be some significant movement after the Tuesday Regional title games and this weekend’s CIF state championship, don’t look for anyone outside the Open teams to jump them other than perhaps one of them. On a final note, there was one newcomer this week.
