This feature serves as our statewide collection of milestone achievements in California high school football and is now in its ninth week as part of the 2021-22 school year. There are three new additions to the state record book — Darius Cowens of Pacifica (Garden Grove) for single-game passing yards, Brady Meyers of Valley Christian (Roseville) for single-game receiving TDs and Gabriel Nunez of Beaumont of single-game receptions. We also have a freshman throwing for 452 yards and a running back from Najee Harris’ high school putting up big totals.
