As is our custom, it takes us awhile to get out final state rankings because we do the all-state nominations first. But we try to make up for it by doing expanded lists in all divisions. The first 10 showed up on our ticker last week, but here’s the next 30 all placed in order with explanations and a peek into which teams may be the best next season. West of Torrance, Benicia and Murrieta Mesa are three teams that moved up into the final State Top 20.
