Bad weather and spring break contributed to a lack of games and not much movement in this week’s State Top 20. Look for the first 10 teams to go on our ticker beginning Monday and for more changes next week as make-up games are coming. Unbeaten Santa Margarita getting a bump and Poway getting uplifted as the new No. 1 team in the CIF San Diego Section are other rankings highlights.
