The various section championships around the state brought two newcomers to this week’s State Top 20, including a San Joaquin Memorial team that didn’t know if it was going North or South for the regional brackets. With the NorCal and SoCal regional brackets released on Sunday, we see that all but two of the 16 open division teams are state-ranked.
