With one week to go in the regular season for almost all teams, there wasn’t much movement in this week’s new pecking order. Every team behind previous No. 8 Rio Mesa of Oxnard that didn’t lose last week was able to move up at least one spot. This week’s lone newcomer ended up being another Ventura County team, Oaks Christian of Westlake Village, which has avenged two losses in the last two weeks.
