The first of three NCAA July evaluation periods is now in the books and it was a busy time for California players with three events in Southern California alone. The Asics Double Pump Summer Tip-Off championship was captured by a team that included the CIF’s best returning player — while the event was dominated by a Visalia-based travel ball program.
