We continue our boys basketball coverage for Gold Club members with a final look at the state’s top college prospects in the sophomore (2016) class. Our final 2016 Cal-Hi Sports Top 65 for the 2013-14 school year shows two new prospects in the top 25 and nine other newcomers since our winter edition. Our final 2013-14 rankings for the 2017 class will be published by July 2.
