We continue our boys basketball coverage for Gold Club members with a look at the state’s top college prospects in the sophomore (2016) class since we last updated our player rankings in early October. The top three remain the same, but our winter 2016 Cal-Hi Sports Top 65 shows some considerable change thereafter from our post-summer edition. Our final 2013-14 rankings for the 2016 class will be updated and published in the spring.
