Most of the state’s best teams won last week, as the highest-ranked team to lose, L.A. Westchester, did so by only three points in the state’s best overall rivalry game versus No. 8 L.A. Fairfax. There is some movement at the bottom of the rankings, however, and a lone newcomer which returns.
